Executive and Leadership Coaching for Women

LDI has experience working with women executives and other women in leadership roles. We assist women in navigating workplace politics and bringing their strengths to the table. Our many years of coaching as a male-female team have proven that each of us brings a unique and valuable perspective to the leadership challenges faced by both men and women. Our coaching program for women is based on 15 years of coaching high-level female executives

Our executive coaching for women helps female leaders develop the capabilities that are essential to women, including: leading from the front; communicating from a place of certainty and confidence; setting the tone for herorganization; communicating her worth; gaining visibility; and accelerating her development.

Our objective is to coach female executives toward meeting their execution goals while providing world class leadership. We do this by focusing on articulating a clear vision, developing followership, setting direction and tone in the organization, and creating a sustainable and repeatable process for success.
